Garden
In our beautiful garden, you'll find complete relaxation. The B&B features a small private garden where you can sit back and enjoy views of the natural swimming pond and the surrounding polder landscape. Both the garden and the polder are home to many birds and other wildlife. A family of pheasants lives next to the house and eagerly feasts on everything that grows in the garden — you simply can't miss them! Occasionally, you might even spot a pair of kingfishers hunting in the pond.
And if you're really lucky, you may catch a glimpse of one of the deer that roam the polder!
Use of the natural swimming pond is possible upon request. No need to worry about fish — there aren't any in the water.
The garden also features a variety of trees, plants, and flowers for you to enjoy. In summer, fruits and vegetables such as blackberries, plums, apples, and tomatoes grow here.
Breakfast
A good breakfast is the perfect start to your day. We prepare as much as possible ourselves or source it from local (farm) shops — honest, fresh, and pure food.
Enjoy freshly baked brioche bread, banana pancakes, French toast, and homemade granola with your yogurt.
When the season and harvest allow, we use fruits and vegetables from our own garden to make jams or juices, which we serve with breakfast.
Bicycles
Subject to availability, two bicycles (one men's and one women's) are available for guest use.
If you'd like to be sure of having a bike — or prefer an electric one — you can rent bicycles at Bike Totaal Stout.
Guests who bring their own (electric) bikes can, by arrangement, store them in our covered and locked shed, where charging is also possible.
Parking
We offer a spacious parking area on our private property where guests can park their vehicles. An electric vehicle charging station is available and can be used with your own charging card.
